Defined processes ensure targeted and systematic development. Just-in-time from customer request to maturity for mass production. Changes to a product can occur for various reasons. Such changes are carefully tested for their effects on ’form, fit and function’ and then implemented suitably. This way, we ensure that our products are always state of the art and provide our customers with optimum performance in all markets and fields of application. In doing so, comprehensive processes ensure that everything is coordinated with all up- and downstream parties and any affected customers. Defined milestones guarantee continuous matching against the development targets. Where technically feasible and economically viable, customer variants are realized. The implemented processes ensure that the customer’s wishes are clearly met and realized after testing. FACTS ABOUT THE BECKER PRODUCT RANGE The robustly constructed ROTARY VANE PUMPS are also suitable for higher pressure differences in vacuum and/or pressure applications. An eccentrically mounted rotor with slits rotates in a cylindrical housing and the precisely fitting slide valves move in the slits and separate the individual working chambers. In comparison to DRY-RUNNING ROTARY VANE PUMPS, the working chambers of OIL-LUBRICATED PUMPS are additionally sealed by oil that is also pumped. This enables the pumps to generate a fine vacuum and makes them suitable for applications requiring a high vacuum. SCREW PUMPS Thanks to the direct drive via an integrated frequency inverter, a drive gear is no longer required. The rotors with screw profile rotate in opposite directions and contactless. The working chamber of the machines is 100% oil-free. The integrated speed control enables energy-optimized operation of the devices.

To achieve this, the claw-like rotors rotate within the compression chamber in opposite directions and contactless. This makes the pump particularly low-maintenance. The claw technology ensures a high degree of efficiency and low energy consumption. In the case of contactless and oil-free compressing ROOTS BOOSTER PUMPS, two symmetrical pistons rotate in the working chamber. In combination with a displacement pump (e.g. rotary vane pump), Roots blowers are often used in pumping stations in order to achieve a very high volume flow with a high final vacuum. SIDE CHANNEL BLOWERS generate suction or blowing air for a wide variety of industrial applications. They contain a contactless, fast rotating impeller and are therefore wear and maintenance free. On both sides of the impeller there are two ring-shaped separate side channels along with the housing. This means that a single-stage device for a high volume flow or a two-stage device for higher pressure differences is possible. RADIAL BLOWERS are designed for high delivery volumes. The volume flow can be precisely adapted to customer requirements using the frequency inverter integrated on the motor. Radial blowers contain a very fast and contactless rotating impeller and are therefore wear and maintenance free.

The materials are required to be available to BECKER at common market prices. The same conditions apply to auxiliary materials, installations, machines and services necessary for our inhouse production. Availability means: right time, right place, right version and right quantity. Our supplier management ensures that appropriate suppliers are found worldwide. BECKER permits deliveries only from qualified and suitable suppliers. We continuously evaluate and develop our suppliers, to minimize risks for BECKER and our customers. THE PROCESS CHAIN PRODUCTION Our production goal is to manufacture and assemble our products at the required quality, at appropriate cost and on time whilst utilizing our systems and operating supplies as efficiently as possible. Before beginning production, we carefully plan and define every necessary work step. Our high-quality equipment is maintained and serviced by experienced, reliable employees and in accordance with maintenance schedules.
