For over a decade, the “Zukunft EN” vocational training fairs have been an established platform for businesses and young talent in the Ennepe-Ruhr district. The event in Schwelm is the larger of the two fair venues: in addition to school pupils, skilled workers, jobseekers and those looking to change careers are also welcome.
