As a machining technician at Gebr. Becker, you will receive thorough technical training at an internationally active family-run business, either at our site in Wuppertal or Apolda. You will learn how workpieces are manufactured with precision and how technical drawings are transformed into high-quality components. In the process, you will be gradually introduced to working independently and will receive support both professionally and personally.

Was dich in der Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker erwartet

Zu Beginn deiner Ausbildung erwirbst du grundlegendes technisches Basiswissen in unserer eigenen Ausbildungswerkstatt. Dein Fachwissen vertiefst du anschließend in den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen: dort arbeitest du praxisnah mit und lernst unterschiedliche Fertigungsprozesse kennen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem das manuelle und maschinelle Bearbeiten von Werkstücken, der Umgang mit modernen Zerspanungsmaschinen sowie der Einsatz in verschiedenen Montagesystemen. Je nach Einsatzbereich erhältst du zudem Einblicke in kundenorientiertes Arbeiten im Serviceumfeld. Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst du immer mehr Verantwortung und arbeitest selbstständiger.
